Begin or end your day with yoga poses designed to connect mind, body, and spirit. Through regular practice, you’ll bring calm, focus, flexibility, and strength into your life. Particular attention will be given to helping each student understand and work with their body and achieve proper alignment. All levels are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, a strap or belt, two blankets, a pillow, and yoga blocks (if you have them) to your class.
