Advanced ParkourGet MovingBring your training to the next level with this class designed for more experienced parkour practitioners who have established a strong physical and technical foundation. Push yourself with parkour movements, techniques, and challenges that will increase your capabilities in a safe, supervised structure. Incorporate acrobatic elements that explore air awareness, inversion, and“flair” or style into movement. Delve further into the roots and spirit of parkour training and explore how overcoming challenges can build self-confidence and adaptability that can be applied outside of parkour. Previous parkour experience required. Prerequisite - Participants must have attended at least 1 season of PkGen Boston classes to participate.Spring 2025

Boys (+) in MotionGet MovingBoys (+) in Motion is a non-competitive program that inspires active lifestyles, friendships, personal growth and the confidence that comes from working toward and achieving goals. We meet twice a week for fun and energizing sessions that build physical and mental endurance and prepare us for an optional 5K road race that we will run as a team on Sunday, May 18(further details upon registration). This program is inclusive of individuals identifying as transgender, non-binary, and gender nonconforming. Girls (+) in Motion programs will be offered in the fall. T-shirts are included. 3/19: At Hardy - please add your runner to the waitlist, we will reach out once we have a minimum enrollment. Please note: This is an outdoor class so please dress for the weather and bring a water bottle. Do not register for the AEF 5K until we send you the registration discount code for youth runners. Hiking ClubGet MovingGet outdoors and enjoy the natural world. Hike local wilderness areas such as the Middlesex Fells Reservation, Walden Pond, and the Western Greenway, led by an experienced guide. Engage your curiosity, seek out adventure, build camaraderie, and increase your stamina on hikes of varying distances and challenges. Gain confidence as you learn how to read trail maps, use a compass, and employ other navigation techniques, as well as read the forest for clues about the non-human life around us. Our club will culminate in an optional full-day hike* in the White Mountain National Forest. Transportation from Gibbs/OMS and all necessary equipment will be provided for both the club and the hike. All necessary equipment (including hiking backpacks, microspikes, snowshoes and headlamps) will be provided for both the club and the hike. * Note: The full-day hike is on Sunday, June 1 (not June 8 as the catalog lists) and is open to Hiking Club members only, register separately.Spring 2025

Starting SoonNinja WarriorGet MovingJump, hang, climb, and balance as you train to be a ninja warrior. We’ll play games, complete drills, and tackle an obstacle course. Each time we meet, we’ll add additional pieces of equipment and learn new skills that build upon the previous week’s accomplishments. Scale up cargo nets on a truss, walk across balance beams, climb over an A-frame, and hang on monkey bars as you build strength, endurance, and coordination.Spring 2025
