Classes for high school students
Learn a few embroidery stitches, including backstitch and split stitch, and discover how to use them to stitch your own creative designs. You can make custom patches to iron onto a tote bag or craft a one-of-a-kind piece of art to hang in your room. Develop a new skill that lets you add a personal touch to everyday items and express your creativity in a fun, unique way. Take home a needle, a hoop, and plenty of floss to continue stitching at home.
Molly is entering her seventh year teaching art at Peirce and with SummerFun! She enjoys sharing her interests in all things Fiber Art including embroidery, knitting and crochet!
