Dr. Mitch Abblett is a private practice clinical psychologist, author, consultant and national/international speaker. Dr. Abblett’s latest book is aimed at parents, educators and helping professionals. Praiseworthy: How to Meaningfully Connect, Build Character, and Unlock the Potential of Every Child (Shambala Publications) was a Nautilus Book Awards Gold Medal winner. Dr. Abblett’s writing has appeared in numerous online and print media such as The New York Times, Newsweek, Tricycle Magazine, and USA today. A Psychologist in the Boston area for over 20 years, he lives with his wife and two children in Newton.
Dr. Christopher Willard is a clinical psychologist, author and consultant based in Massachusetts. He has spoken in 30 countries, and has presented at two TEDx events. He is the author of 20 books, including Alphabreaths (2019), Growing Up Mindful (2016), and How we Grow Through What we Go Through (2022). His thoughts on mental health have been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, mindful.org, cnn.com, and elsewhere. He lives with his family in Cambridge and teaches at Harvard Medical School.
