Classes for high school students
Jump, hang, climb, and balance as you train to be a ninja warrior. We’ll play games, complete drills, and tackle an obstacle course inspired by the hit TV show. Each class we’ll add additional pieces of equipment to build upon the previous week’s accomplishments and learn new skills. Scale up cargo nets on a truss, walk across balance beams, climb over an A-frame, and hang on monkey bars as you build strength, endurance, and coordination.
Knucklebones was started by an athletics director who was asked by several parents if he could provide the unique gym games he had in his program to a greater audience. He did and had such a good time that he started a business that brought good clean fun games to whole communities. Knucklebones, now over ten years later, is still committed to using play as a catalyst for a happier and healthier lifestyle. With an array of services covering the play spectrum, we encourage all ages to enhance their lives...for the love of play!
