Early Morning P.E. Power is designed to get you physically active before school while having fun with friends. Research has shown that exercise improves brain power and concentration. Get your blood pumping and start your day primed to learn.

Ryan Wholey

Ryan Wholey has taught at Thompson Elementary School in Arlington since 2016, originally in the afterschool program before becoming a Physical Education teacher. He enjoys staying active and helping the student population find joy in exercise and movement. Outside of school Ryan enjoys disc golf, playing guitar and spending time with friends and family.
