Classes for high school students
Unleash your creativity by building worlds and bringing your ideas (and your toys) to life frame-by-frame through the art of stop motion animation. From conceptualization to execution, you will write, storyboard, direct, photograph, and animate a mini movie using Stop Motion Studio. End the week with a screening of the movies we make.
Katherine Harte worked as a professional photographer for 10 years before switching careers to become a middle school English teacher. This summer workshop is inspired by a semester-long elective she developed and taught in Austin, TX. Katherine loves sharing her passion for photography with students.
