Classes for high school students
Blend your favorite artmaking styles with bookmaking. We’ll push the boundaries of conventional book formats and play around with mixed media, sculptural pages, and various binding techniques such as saddle-stitch, coptic, Japanese stab, French stitch, and center sewing. Discover the magic of turning your personal expressions into an artist book that transcends the boundaries of a traditional book.
Duru Ozkefeli is a multimedia artist and who loves to explore new techniques in her practice whether it’s printmaking, painting, needle felting, or flame-working. She credits Massachusetts College of Art and Design for helping shape her passions.
