Please register under adult’s name only. Cook a wholesome meal together while exploring some spices commonly used in Indian cooking. We’ll prepare fluffy, fragrant basmati rice paired with dal, a nutritious, protein-rich stew made from lentils or split pulses, served with papad flatbread. A refreshing mango lassi, a creamy smoothie that balances the tang of yogurt with the sweetness of mango, will also be on the menu. This class is a combination of demonstration and hands-on cooking.
