In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to make perfect Vietnamese fresh rolls paired with a delicious dipping sauce, prepare a comforting bowl of Vietnamese noodle soup (pho) with chicken, and create a creamy, tropical Vietnamese avocado mousse with coconut cream for dessert.
Ploy Khunisorn
Ploy Khunisorn is a native of Thailand, and went to Suan Dusit International Culinary School before pursuing her Master’s Degree in Sustainability at Harvard University and Master’s Degree in Education at Cambridge College. She started teaching cooking classes in 2014, and has now taught more than 3,000 students to cook a variety of cuisines from around the world. Check out her food passion on Instagram: @ployskitchen
