Easy Indian One-Pot Meals

Adult Enrichment / Food & Drink -
Spring 2025

India has its own take on hearty, one-pot meals. Learn to prepare two flavorful dishes—one vegetarian and one with ground meat—that are as comforting as chili and just as customizable with similar “fixins.” Pav bhaji, a rich vegetable stew with butter and spices, pairs beautifully with kheema pav, a fragrant dish of ground meat simmered with peas and tomatoes. To balance the heat, we’ll also make dahi bhaat, a soothing combination of rice and yogurt. Enjoy these dishes with homemade onion salad and pav (soft bread rolls).
