Explore the diverse and delicious world of Spanish tapas and Basque pintxos, small bites you would find in Madrid or further north in San Sebastián. We will make a classic tortilla española (egg and potato omelet), garlic mushroom pintxos, gambas al ajillo (garlic shrimp), and more. You will leave with a plethora of new ideas for your next casual gathering or cocktail party.
Sabrina Pashtan
Sabrina Pashtan trained as a chef at La Escuela de Cocina Luis Irizar in San Sebastian, Spain. Passionate about using local produce to create delicious, wholesome food, with a focus on various Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisines, she has a deep respect for cultural tradition and tries to honor that when teaching and cooking. She is also very interested in the intersection between foodways, hospitality, family and community.
