Learn a simple routine consisting of ten exercises designed to reduce stress, invigorate you, and infuse your day with a sense of calm. These gentle movements stimulate acupressure points, reorganize the right and left hemispheres of the brain, and help refocus your attention. They can be performed either standing or sitting, making them accessible regardless of your fitness level. Once you master these ten exercises, it will take you less than ten minutes a day to reap the benefits.

Debra Rosenblum has a master’s degree in education and a certificate of advanced graduate studies in creative and expressive arts. She holds a 500-hour certification in yoga, and teaches meditation and transformation through art and chair yoga.
