Chinese Kitchen: Spring Rolls 春卷
ACE Kids K-12 / Languages & Life Skills -
Spring 2025
Spring rolls come in many styles, each reflecting the region and culture they originate from, but they usually include fresh vegetables wrapped in a delicate, thin wrapper. As we stir up different versions of this versatile appetizer, we’ll prepare and stir-fry the fillings, learn wrapping techniques, and enjoy snacking on this dim sum favorite.
