Brittany Belden-Scott Brittany is a passionate home cook who loves crafting creative and delicious vegetarian meals. She finds joy in experimenting with fresh, seasonal ingredients to create dishes that nourish both body and soul. Brittany enjoys volunteering at the annual BVS Veg Fest, where she assists with the preparation of chief food demos.
