Classes for high school students
Create your own storybook. Learn how to develop exciting characters, come up with a fun plot, and write a short, simple story with a clear beginning, middle, and end. Bring your tale to life with pictures by using your imagination to illustrate the characters and scenes. We’ll bind our books, and by the end of the class, you’ll have a complete storybook of your own, filled with both words and colorful drawings that show off your creativity and storytelling skills.
Grecia Delgado a proud Mexican-American after school teacher who is passionate about sharing and incorporating culture in education. Her previous experience working with neurodivergent kids makes Grecia believe in incorporating kindness, flexibility and self-advocacy in her teaching style.
