Digital marketing is essential for all businesses and organizations. Get a foundation in digital marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices, including search engine optimization (SEO) and marketing (SEM), the customer journey, writing for the digital environment, email marketing, social media marketing, marketing analytics, usability testing, and conversion rate optimization. Apply the topics covered in class to the hands-on experience of building a marketing plan for your own business or organization. In order to get the most out of this class, plan on 1–2 hours outside of class to complete weekly assignments. The course fee includes a one-on-one meeting with the instructor the week of February 3, to discuss your marketing plan goal and strategies.
