Classes for high school students
Release stress and loosen tense muscles with easy, relaxing yoga poses on the floor. The calming and quieting guided meditation at the end will leave you feeling rested and centered. Restorative yoga focuses on resting in supported poses and can decrease stress hormones, strengthen your immune system, and improve your quality of sleep. This practice will help unwind tension in your body so you can approach life’s challenges from a place of clarity and calmness. All levels are welcome.
Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat, a strap or belt, two blankets, a pillow, and yoga blocks (if you have them) to each session. This class is for all levels.
