Classes for high school students
In this hands-on cooking class, we will make a little snack that has won the world over and is an indispensable part of Chinese cuisine. Soft and pillowy baozi are steamed buns that can be filled with a variety of sweet or savory fillings. First, we will make the dough and prepare a savory pork filling. Then we will practice techniques to wrap our mixture into perfectly shaped buns before steaming them and enjoying our snack together.
