Go on an adventure set in the land of Ithreach, a fantasy setting where the seasons change and the story grows. If you’ve previously played D&D with Roll Models, you may continue to play using your character at their current level or create a new 3rd level character.
Shard of Lumira: It’s festival day in the town of Galen’s Well. An annual celebration to mark the final prophecy of Lumira, the fabled Oracle of Seerport, it’s a day for all manner of merriment. But not everyone has come to celebrate. Cloaked figures with a sinister purpose mingle in the crowd, and an unexpected ambush leads our heroes to embark on a perilous journey.
So Much To Do: A growing reputation comes with a price. In the city of Seerport, word has spread of your heroic deeds, and all kinds of people have come asking for help. Some requests are simple, while others are complex. Some are amusing and others deadly serious. All of these tasks have one thing in common: they must be completed in 24 hours! How many will you be able to handle?
Roll Models uses storytelling and roleplay to create a shared imaginative space where children overcome challenges, share in successes, and work together to solve problems in a safe and fun environment. Within this space, we help children learn to take the perspectives of others, improve their frustration tolerance, develop their creative problem-solving skills, take risks safely, and cultivate communication and collaboration skills. Roll Models is a partnership between two longtime friends who believe that the imagination and teamwork of Dungeons & Dragons can help kids develop during critical times throughout their lives.
Founding partner and creative director of Roll Models, Christopher Walters is a former middle school teacher who started playing Dungeons & Dragons with friends and classmates when he was 10 years old. His interest in creating stories and characters shaped his life with a degree in English literature and as a published author for White Wolf Game Studio. Chris has worked with children for over 25 years in classrooms, after school programs and summer camps.
