Crochet for Beginners

Adult Enrichment / Fine Arts & Crafts -
Winter 2025

Crochet can be used to make all sorts of fun and retro accessories, such as hats, scarves, wraps, shrugs, and bags, plus embellishments like flowers and ruffles. In this class targeted at beginners, learn basic techniques and stitches, including single and double crochet, reading patterns, forming different shapes, increasing and decreasing stitches, and finishing pieces.

Please note: Materials to get you started will be provided. As the class progresses, you’ll have the option to start a project, and the instructor will guide you in selecting materials to purchase.
