Classes for high school students
Use your own hands, fingers, and elbows to bring greater harmony to your body. Learn a 5–10-minute self-massage routine designed to ease tension and increase circulation. These techniques can reduce pain, improve digestion, and help you get better sleep.
Debra Rosenblum has a master’s degree in education and a certificate of advanced graduate studies in creative and expressive arts. She holds a 500-hour certification in yoga, and teaches meditation and transformation through art and chair yoga.
