Fees are for one adult and one child unless otherwise noted. Please register under adult’s name.
Classes for high school students
Chop, grate, measure, mix, knead, stretch, and roll as you learn to make a variety of authentic Italian dishes such as sauce, homemade pasta, pizza, meatballs, lasagna, and bruschetta. Develop essential food preparation skills including equipment use, safety, hygiene, measuring ingredients, and exploring flavor combinations.
