Classes for high school students
Everyone deserves the opportunity to experience self-acceptance, relaxation, and true rest. This yoga series will explore mindfulness breathing, prop-supported postures, and gentle variations designed to be more accessible for people of all body types and mobility levels. Whether you’re new to yoga or seeking a more inclusive practice, all shapes, sizes, and abilities are welcome.

Linda’s mission is to create a wellness rebellion by teaching people how to assert personal agency by reclaiming themselves through adaptable yoga and body trust. Recognizing that stress may be an unavoidable part of our lives, Linda draws upon her in-depth study to help her students develop resilience in the face of modern life demands.
