Classes for high school students

Please note: To each class bring a mat and a small squishy ball similar to this. We can add other equipment as the weeks move along.
Susan Delaney has been in the fitness industry for decades, and is both a group exercise instructor, and a personal trainer. She teaches at Healthworks, Waverly Oaks Athletic Club and on Zoom.
