Roe v. Wade was overturned by the Supreme Court on June 24, 2022, and the Court has remained in the news ever since. Which other rights are in danger of being lost to an unelected branch of government? We will analyze the evolution of the Supreme Court through historical, political, and equity lenses, using White Rage by Carol Anderson, Dark Money by Jane Mayer, and The Scheme by Sheldon Whitehouse to guide us.

Joshua Frank

Joshua Frank (he/him) is the President of Equity Intersection (equityintersection.org), an equity and justice education non-profit. For 28 years he worked in the public school system and has designed and taught adult education courses on race and equity in many settings. He received masters degrees from both UMass/Boston and the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
