Bring the vibrant flavors of an open-air hawker center into your kitchen by learning how to make the fragrant Singapore noodle soup, laksa. We will make the aromatic laksa paste from scratch and simmer it with coconut milk and broth to create a velvety soup. Customize this iconic dish by choosing your protein—chicken, shrimp, and/or tofu—or make it vegan by leaving out the egg. Nothing warms the soul quite like a bowl of homemade laksa on a chilly winter day.
