Experience the nuances of some of the world’s finest cheeses in this interactive tasting, whether you’re a novice cheese lover or a connoisseur. Learn all about the cheesemaking process and discover the variety of cheeses made from the milk of different animals—cow, sheep, goat, and buffalo. You’ll also learn how to shop for cheese and how to pair it with unique accompaniments that will bring you enjoyment at home and take your cocktail parties to a whole new level. Tuition includes all food fees.
The Formaggio Kitchen family of stores began in 1978 with a vision of creating a European shopping experience in Cambridge. Best known for its cheese, Formaggio staff travel throughout the US and Europe visiting dairies, cheesemakers, and agers of artisan cheese whose products they import so that customers can experience the wonders of these artisan producers. Beyond cheese, they sell wine, beer, charcuterie, produce, olive oil, jams, honey, coffee, tea, spices, chocolate, confections, and a variety of other specialty food items.
