Cake Decorating: Next-Level Techniques

Fall 2024

Up your game when it comes to cake decorating. Build upon techniques previously learned. We will level, fill, and frost a two-layer cake. You will be taught additional borders such as rope, reverse shell, ruffle, and zigzag. We will tackle creating ribbon and petal roses, along with writing on your cake. The instructor will supply pre-made icing, filling, a cake circle, and all tools needed. Along with your finished creations, you will take home piping tips, couplers, and detailed instructions. Please note: Bring two (6, 7 or 8-inch) unfrosted cake layers and a cake carrier or box to carry home and, if you like, an apron. Tuition includes all other supplies.

Sandra Frezza

Sandra Frezza is an award-winning cake artist. She is the owner and operator of Sandra’s Sweet Sensations in Boston, and has been inducted into the Wilton Hall of Fame.
