Explore the rich and diverse flavors of Chinese cuisine as we cook warm and comforting wonton soup. After cleaning and preparing the ingredients and saying their names in Mandarin, we’ll make delicious pork dumplings from scratch. Then we’ll make a savory broth full of vegetables as we learn about the history of the dish and its significance within Chinese cuisine. Your finished wonton soup will rival what you can order from your favorite Chinese restaurant.
