Classes for high school students
Essentrics is a full-body workout that stretches and strengthens your muscles through a dynamic combination of movements inspired by ballet and tai chi. This completely original program improves posture, rebalances the body, unlocks tight joints, and develops lean, strong, and flexible muscles.
For all classes please bring a yoga mat, water, and a small towel. This class is done barefoot.
Cindy Lewis is a certified Level-3 Essentrics Instructor well-versed in flexibility and mobility techniques and exercises. She believes that Essentrics is an effective full-body workout for people of all ages, but is especially grateful for its "age reversing" effects that lead to stronger, leaner muscles and improved mobility and joint function.
