Slow Flow Yoga

Spring 2025
Enjoy a slow flow yoga practice that integrates movement with breath. Move through fluid sequences of sun salutations and standing or seated postures designed to improve physical health, reduce stress, enhance sleep, and deepen mindfulness. The pace will be slower, with longer holds to focus on the connection between breath and movement.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your mat (props are optional).
Rejeni Sharma
Rejeni Sharma is a committed yoga practitioner, who restarted her yoga practice to recover from an injury. She embraces the full depth of yoga by integrating its mental, physical, and spiritual aspects into her daily life. Rejeni completed her 200-hour teacher training during the pandemic and is now exploring pranayama and meditation. She believes the practice of yoga is for everyone and offers a path to focus your mind, connect with the body and breath, and maintain a balance in today’s overly stimulating and hectic world.
