Classes for high school students
Make delicious treats from scratch as you explore the essential techniques of baking. We’ll start with simple sugar cookies and progress to flaky pastries and decadent cakes. Learn how to create perfect pie crusts, decorate cookies, make delectable cinnamon rolls, and bake homemade bread. You’ll get the skills and confidence to create baked goods that rival your favorite bakery. Please note, this class is not gluten-free.
Adrienne Dunne is a certified baker and Level III Wilton certified decorator, and has been cooking and decorating cookies and cakes for over 30 years. She is a mom to four children and works in education.
