Classes for high school students
Explore your many sides using mixed media art. Make a special self-portrait that combines drawing and a photo, and learn about abstract art as you design a poster that represents your true personality. Turn your name into a symmetrical alien, draw a giant selfie, make a collage of your favorite things, sculpt your handprints in clay, and more.
Patti Luke is a lifelong learner with a passion for teaching. Retired from the elementary classroom, she enjoys working with children, helping them engage with the creative process and self-expression. Outside of the classroom, she is on the board of an organic farm, she is a distance runner, and a gardener. Patti finds joy in ceramics, collage, watercolor, and fiber arts.
