Fees are for one adult and one child unless otherwise noted. Please register under adult’s name.
Classes for high school students
This session focuses on gentle exercises and sequences designed to reduce discomfort in the lower back area. We will use yoga props to improve posture, regain space, and mobilize legs and hips to promote balance. Join us to cultivate a deeper connection between mind and body through soothing stretches and mindful breathing techniques. No yoga experience is required.

Karina Lambert has been a yoga and dance teacher since the 1980's, and has loved the role of sharing with others her passion for both. She has created and choreographed events nationally and internationally for people of all ages. With humor and compassion she tries to focus on what her students need. Karina also enjoys psychology, meditation, traveling and nature. She also speaks five languages.
