The “Sandwich Generation” refers to people who are squeezed in between the responsibilities of caring for an aging loved one and raising children. There are also the added mental loads of a career, a marriage, laundry, dinner, dentist appointments, bills to be paid, and on and on. In this workshop, you will not only feel seen and understood, but also gain practical strategies to navigate these challenges. Learn proven techniques for communicating more effectively with your aging loved ones and create actionable plans that prioritize both your well-being and theirs.
