A home inspection is an important step in buying a home. Much more goes into it than you might imagine. A home inspection informs you about the building envelope and structure, as well as its systems and components, so you understand the property’s condition, operation, and maintenance. It’s also an opportunity to “check under the hood” and avoid costly surprises later on. Explore the ins and outs of a home inspection, from the big picture to the details, as well as the legal and ethical considerations. Get all of your questions answered by an experienced, licensed, and certified home inspector.
Doron ('Ron') Bracha is a licensed and ASHI certified home inspector, with additional professional credentials. He has been in the field for more than six years and has performed more than 1,200 inspections of different properties (single or multi-family homes, townhouses, condos etc). Prior to that, he worked as an architect for about 12 years on various project types including large condominiums, nursing homes and public schools, with specialty in high performance buildings and sustainable design. Ron actively pursues continuing education to broaden his knowledge, which he gladly shares in his presentations.
