Elaine Miller is a social service professional with more than 25 years of experience serving families and seniors. She is the regional SHINE director at Minuteman Senior Services and a certified Medicare benefits counselor.
Bill Prenovitz is a state-certified SHINE counselor working as a volunteer with Minuteman Senior Services. He is retired after working in healthcare for companies such as Philips Healthcare, CVS Health, and Lifeline.
