Find inspiration for your artwork by focusing on the natural beauty that fall in New England brings. We will craft and decorate candles, use autumn leaves to create beautiful designs, construct our own colorful tree using paper bags, make cinnamon dough decorations, put together a gratitude collage, make and use apple stamps, and much more.
Nora Dybdal is a local Arlington mom and children's yoga teacher. She is delighted to bring her background in art, anthropology, music, yoga, and meditation to offer classes that are meaningful and fun, while exploring artistic ideas and mediums, cultivating an appreciation for the natural world, and offering kids tools for self regulation, stress reduction, and wellness practices, which can be used for the rest of their lives.
