Mediterranean Cooking: From Sea to Table

Adult Enrichment / Food & Drink -
Fall 2024

Master the art of cooking fresh seafood with a Mediterranean flair. Learn to prepare garlic harissa mussels with aromatic za’atar crisps; samkeh harra, a spicy white fish recipe from Lebanon, served with herb couscous and tahini sauce; and a vibrant Turkish shepherd’s salad. Further develop your culinary skills and indulge in the rich, coastal flavors of these exquisite dishes. Tuition includes all food fees. Please bring several containers to take home finished dishes, and if you like, an apron.
