Elevate your vegetarian cooking skills and savor the delicious, wholesome flavors of the Mediterranean in this delightful culinary class. Learn to create makloubeh, an upside-down vegetable bake with rice pilaf; a refreshing beet tzatziki; and a vibrant fall fattoush salad. Tuition includes all food fees. Please bring several containers to take home finished dishes, and if you like, an apron.
Didem Hosgel is a personal chef who offers events, catering, and cooking classes for private clients. With a degree from The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, she has worked in some of Boston’s top establishments including Oleana, and Sofra, and as the Chef to the Turkish Consulate of Boston. Her specialty is Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine that celebrates the traditions of her own Turkish heritage.
