SummerFun! 2024

Take a ride on the wild side as we explore all kinds of animals and how they interact and adapt to our ecosystem. We’ll investigate camouflage, migration, regeneration, and the many tangles of the food web. From rhinos to hummingbirds, we’ll learn about incredible adaptations animals have made and how they continuously adapt to our constantly changing world.

Shamus Maunsell

Hi, I’m Shamus. I am an after school teacher at the Peirce Elementary School, where last year I taught Gym and this year I’m teaching Film and Theater. I graduated with my BA from Westfield State University back in 2019. Besides my interest in teaching Film, Theater, and Gym, I really enjoy teaching Science. This will be my second year working for the ACE SummerFun program. I look forward to a second successful year teaching an assortment of fun and hands on science classes.
