  • Balance & Bend Yoga

    Stretch your body and imagination in a playful yoga class. Traditional yoga poses will be interwoven with stories, challenges, crafts, and moments of being still. You will learn breathing exercises and team up with friends for partner/group poses as you balance, bend, and live in the fun moment.
  • Boys in Motion

    Boys in Motion is a non-competitive program that introduces boys to the joy of running, building physical and mental endurance, and inspiring an active lifestyle. We meet weekly for fun and energizing sessions to prepare us for an optional 5K road race that we can run together on Saturday, November 19 (further details upon registration). No experience necessary. This program is inclusive of individuals identifying as transgender, non-binary, and gender nonconforming. T-shirts are included. Please note: This is an outdoor class so please dress for the weather and bring a water bottle.

    Fit Girls is a non-competitive fitness initiative that inspires active lifestyles, friendships, personal growth and the confidence that comes from working toward and achieving goals. We meet twice a week for fun and energizing sessions that build physical and mental endurance and prepare us for an optional 5K road race that we will run as a team on Saturday, November 19 (further details upon registration). This program is inclusive of individuals identifying as transgender, non-binary, and gender nonconforming. Please note: This is an outdoor class so please dress for the weather and bring a water bottle.

  • Nathan's Ninjas

    Please note: Students who are enrolled in Hardy's after school program, should enroll in Session 2 Known for its fun games and teamwork-oriented environment, Nathan’s Ninjas is a mix of traditional Kempo Karate with elements of sport karate, tumbling, and grappling. This course will give you a true self-defense perspective, all while having fun and building confidence.
  • Ninja Warrior

    Jump, hang, climb, and balance as you train to be a ninja warrior. Using an amazing array of specialized equipment, we’ll play games, complete drills, and tackle an obstacle course inspired by the hit TV show. Scale up cargo nets on a truss, walk across balance beams, climb over an A-frame, and hang on monkey bars as you build strength, endurance, balance, agility, and coordination. Please note: Students who attend TASC at Dallin should enroll in Session 2.
  • P.E. Morning Power

    P.E. Morning Power is designed to get you physically active before school while having fun with friends. Research has shown that exercise improves brain power and concentration. Get your blood pumping and start your day primed to learn.
  • Parkour

    Challenge yourself to get from point A to point B in the most creative, entertaining, fastest and most efficient way possible, without assisting equipment. Parkour is like urban gymnastics, and lets you turn the entire world into your personal playground. In a non-competitive atmosphere, you’ll conquer natural and man-made obstacles by running, vaulting, jumping, climbing and rolling. Improve balance, coordination, strength, spatial awareness, and flexibility through games, exercises, and drills. Please note: Classes held at Ottoson are entirely outdoors; no access to the building. Students must arrive dressed for the weather and with a water bottle. Classes will be cancelled in the case of bad weather and made up at the end of term if possible. There will be no class on Tuesday, Oct. 4, but we will have class on Tuesday, Nov. 8 (a no-school day)
