Calling all intermediate-to-advanced running enthusiasts! Embrace the fresh winter air and build fitness in this fun and challenging in-person running program. We will move throughout the entire class with a combination of running and proper dynamic and stagnant stretches, as well as plyometrics and strength circuits to stay strong. Independent running will be encouraged throughout the week to stay fit and on track to meet our goal of running a 5K at the end of the program. Please note: This program is held entirely outdoors and will be canceled only in the case of icy or other unsafe weather conditions. Students must arrive dressed for the cold weather and with proper footwear. Notifications of cancelations will be emailed the evening before.
