Feast with Feta

Originally from Greece, feta is a delicious sheep’s milk cheese with a salty, tangy taste that is both delectably creamy and crumbly. Learn how adding it to your appetizers and side dishes or featuring it in a main dish can provide a huge flavor boost to any menu. These light and bright dishes will reveal how wonderful feta is to cook with. We’ll start with whipping feta into a creamy dip with roasted red peppers. Then we’ll bake the cheese, topping it with broccoli, tomatoes and lemon. Our final dish will feature feta as a topper on a pasta salad with peas and orzo. Please note: A list of ingredients and substitutions will be emailed once the class has reached minimum enrollment.
