Embrace the Unknown with Certainty
Adult Enrichment / Wellness -
Spring 2021
When you learn from the past, rather than regret it, and use it as a stepping stone, you psychologically turn the past into a positive. You use what you have learned to benefit yourself and others in the present moment and come to realize that how you interpret a situation or problem is critical to your success in dealing with it. Developing self-awareness and a degree of objectivity about your own thoughts, feelings, and behavior are powerful and transformative forces in embracing the uncertainty of life. Come explore ways in which you can develop healthy relationships with life’s changes and uncertainties from the author of Embracing the Unknown with Certainty: Developing a peaceful friendship with the realities of change and uncertainty.
