Leather Working

Adult Enrichment / Fine Arts & Crafts -

Winter 2023

Learn about working with leather and make your own valet tray, belt, or luggage tag. We’ll work with vegetable tanned leather and basic tools, such as knives and punches. To complete the project, learn to set rivets and fasteners as well as stain and decorate the leather. Come with a design in mind or use an existing pattern. Tuition includes all materials.

Chrissy Durden

Chrissy Durden is a local accessories & footwear designer and Creative Director at Empty Provisions with 10+ years experience in product design and development. Chrissy is a graduate from Parsons School of Design and launched a line of leather sandals in Spring 2020, selling them online and at select retailers.
