Yearning for a jaunt to Paris? This class can be the next best thing. We will create a delicious classic French bistro menu with fabulous flavors and beautiful presentation—all vegetarian. Dishes will include delicate gougères (cheese puffs), savory French onion soup, a colorful layered vegetable tian, and a rustic pear and goat cheese tart. Bon appetit!
