Cake Decorating 101

Learn the basics of cake decorating in this hands-on workshop. Crumb coat your pre-baked cakes to stack and create a smooth buttercream base for decorating. Then learn to use a piping bag to create borders, roses, ribbon swirls, and texture to give your cakes that professional look. Ages 18+ only.
Please note: Bring two 8-inch unfrosted cakes to class and a container for transporting the finished cake. We will send a recipe the week before the class. You will also need to either purchase this set of decorating tips or check your set of decorating tips at home to make sure you have the ones in the pack.
