Andrea Brand, MSW, MPH is a passionate proponent of comprehensive sex education and helping parents embrace their role as trusted, go to resources for their kids. She is a professional life coach after having worked for decades in public health, initially in direct care and then as a research consultant. She reconnected with her commitment to sex education when her own kids were school-aged and received subpar information in school. This led to her work helping others be involved in their kids “sexucation" and the publication of her book, Stop Sweating & Start Talking: How to Make Sex Chats with Your Kids Easier Than You Think.
